As the Head of Corporate Sales you are responsible for strategizing sales and making ekincare a market leader in the Corporate Health Benefits space.

The Head of Corporate Sales role at ekincare is absolutely vital to our company’s continued success. •              8 -10 years of experience  with leading a successful sales team for B2B sales

•             A flexible leadership style with the ability to operate at a highly strategic level, combined with a roll-up your- sleeves attitude. Hands-on attitude and ability to work in a smaller company without a deep bench of supporting services and departments. Able to find creative ways to use resources

•              Have implemented and managed a successful sales strategy with a motivated team

•              An open and approachable communication style, with respect for employee and clients

•              Structured thought process, excellent at strategy, planning, and analytics. 

•              Desire to dive deep and learn about our product, market, channels of sale and customers. 

•              Alignment with our core values, particularly Humility, Transparency, and Pragmatism. 

•              Preference for experimenting and iterating based on feedback. 

•              Ability to strategize and deliver on end to end process from lead generation to nurturing and conversion

•              Ability to take full accountability for P&L

•             Deep understanding of customer buying strategy and signals, ability to map the market for potential size, game changing events and competition, and the ability to see around corners to pre- empty potential problems. 

•             History of working cross-functionally especially with legal, operations and customer success teams to execute on plans

Qualifications - Graduation from a Tier 1 school
